OS PARÂMETROS DA LEGISLAÇÃO AGRÁRIA E A EQUIDISTÂNCIA COM O DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL EM ASSENTAMENTOS RURAIS NO BRASIL

Abstract

The research for this work focused on analyzing the parameters of agrarian legislation and the equidistance with sustainable development in rural settlements in Brazil. Using qualitative bibliographic data for a sample of how the structure of rural settlements is demonstrated in this work, in this bias the studies showed that the rural sustainability indexes presented medium and low quality respectively in the settlements, when observed that the settler often uses his empirical knowledge for handling their land and many do not have the effective conduct in sustainable work, lacking the necessary support to exercise sustainable management in rural settlements. Subsidies and the technical area exist on the part of the federal government, but it remains to be made effective by the settler for a better use in the sustainable production system, in rural settlements in Brazil.
