SÍNDROME DA ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL: Os impactos causados a criança no contexto social e familiar

Abstract

This article is the result of a study and bibliographic analysis of the Parental Alienation Syndrome. The developments on the subject will be addressed in this study, as well as the evolution and new family patterns that raise certain difficulties in the child's development within the social and family context, highlighting the scope of the role and importance of the family, in life and in the development of the child, as well as the relevant legislation. Furthermore, the understanding, concept and origin of PAS will be brought up, addressing in its breadth, the understanding of the civilist doctrine, on the consequences of this problem in current society and in the education of infants. The analysis of the theme within the respective parameters evokes the solution methods used today to combat or inhibit cases inherent to PAS. Finally, this study will bring the results of the research, considering that this is a subject that encompasses society in general and deserves to be increasingly debated.
