| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como tema “A provisão da atenção farmacêutica aos pacientes idosos no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde”. Grande parte dos idosos consome mais de um medicamento simultaneamente devido às diversas patologias que os acometem, sendo assim, é necessário que o idoso receba uma atenção especial ao realizar seu tratamento. O objetivo é caracterizar a provisão da atenção farmacêutica aos pacientes idosos no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde. Atende a uma pesquisa exploratória de revisão da literatura, que tratou-se do melhor método para a temática provisão da atenção farmacêutica aos pacientes idosos no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde. Entre os resultados, é possível destacar que a atenção farmacêutica contribui para a melhora do tratamento dos pacientes idosos de diversas maneiras como na diminuição de PRM’s e aumentando a adesão dos mesmos à farmacoterapia proposta. Portanto, se faz necessário a aplicação da atenção farmacêutica e dos métodos desenvolvidos a partir dela não somente no contexto da saúde pública mediante o SUS, mas também em qualquer estabelecimento de saúde que envolva pacientes e medicamentos. |
| Abstract: | The present work has as its theme “The provision of pharmaceutical care to elderly patients in the Unified Health System”. Most of the elderly consume more than one medication due to the various pathologies that accompany them, thus, it is necessary that the elderly receive special attention when carrying out their treatment. The objective is to characterize the provision of pharmaceutical care to elderly patients in the Unified Health System. Participate in an exploratory research literature review, which was the best method for the theme of pharmaceutical care provision to elderly patients in the Unified Health System Among the results, it is possible to highlight that pharmaceutical care contributes to improving the treatment of elderly patients in several ways, such as decreasing MRP's and increasing their adherence to the proposed pharmacotherapy. Therefore, it is necessary to apply pharmaceutical care and the methods developed from it, not only in the context of public health through the UHS, but also in any health establishment that involves patients and medications. |
